My name is Justin Bowers and was born in raised in the beautiful Northwest. I was born at Seattle Children’s hospital in 1977 and raised in King County’s south end. I first developed a passion for urban living because of Seattle’s music culture, nightlife and dining. My passion grew even more when I moved to San Diego in 2001. I lived there for 4 years while suffering from home sickness. Over the years I have visited the majority of all major cities on the west coast (Vancouver B.C., Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, San Diego and Las Vegas) and have yet to be convinced there’s a better place to be than Seattle. I’ve found that our greater region to offer a large diversity in culture, a passion for music, eclectic boutiques, unique dining, outdoor activities, spectacular views, a landscape favored by mother nature and the home of many wonderful people. I truly believe that Seattle is a great place to live and love to share my experiences with my clients.
PROFESSIONAL:
I got into real estate by working as a sales consultant for a real estate Internet marketing company while living in San Diego. I adopted the Northwest as my sales territory from San Diego and consulted with real estate agents on marketing their business online. I’m proud to boast that I acquired more clients for the company than any other sales rep in the company’s history and maintained a high-level of client retention based upon my passion for Northwest living. I specialized in branding, lead generation and search engine placement. Throughout my experience as an Internet consultant I made several friends in the real estate industry and positioned myself as an urban real estate expert on the web.
INTERESTS:
Currently, my number 1 interest is sharing everything Seattle has to offer here on my blog. I spend the majority of my time blogging and profiling condominiums with the intention of becoming your most knowledgeable urban real estate professional. When I’m not either blogging or previewing condos, I generally spend my time with my clients and friends. Those who know me will tell you I’m fun and optimistic. I also work hard to live my core values and inspire those around me.
