Are you sure about these Madison Tower prices? One was on the market for $2.425 million and the other was on the market for $5.25 million.
Hey. I’m pretty sure the unit you’re referring too isn’t the same joint. When I do a market update, all I do is post what changes have been made within the MLS since the last date posted, then link to the profile I’ve created for the building. If you’ve noticed that there is no longer a listing in a particular tower priced at what you thought to originally be, contact me directly and I’ll assist with more details.
As an owner at Madison Tower I am watching these listings pretty closely. I do not recall one being listed around $975K. Do you know which unit it was that sold for that?
Yup. On the 18th, unit #1602 sold at it’s original list price of $975k which was $675/sq. ft.. It’s a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath w/ 1444 total square feet. There’s no other pictures for it, so I can’t tell if it was an eastern facing unit. But, I’m guessing that it didn’t have much of a view. It was on the market for 86 days.
