COMMENTS

Just a block away from the Seattle Library and Columbia Tower, 5th and Madison’s location is unique and rare. Floorplans are also unique with open kitchen and living space along windows with a true city view. Construction is focused on obtaining LEED Certification and reduction of energy costs (including natural light, ventilation, state-of-the-art Bosch appliances and on-site Flexcars). The buildings outdoor plaza is lush with trees, plantings, a foot bridge over running water and equipped with Wi-Fi providing a modern area for relaxation. Units also offer more privacy with only 6 suites per floor.

  1. If you have too much money to waste and enjoy being miserable welcome to 5th & Madison. I live in this building. I got fooled by the look of it. The water is always cold with low pressure and no one takes care of your problem. Everyday some new issues come up. the water pipes broke in 2nd and 3rd floors and the condos got flooded. the heating system is always broke and someone is fixing it every week. I have lived here for 20 days and I am still longing for a nice and hot shower. The amenities are not ready yet. I hate this place so far.

  2. What do you think of the location so far?

  3. I think living at 5th and Madison is great. Maybe you should consider the fact that the building is brand spankin new and still in construction. The staff here is great, especially the Chef Concierge, and try their best to accommodate us.

  4. The poster of the negative comment above is a brand new spoiled brat who expects too much too soon. He has equity in his home already as an early buyer who was willing to risk buying his unit sight unseen but isn’t accepting of some of the minor pitfalls of being the pioneer. It’s a new building! Settle down… Take it easy… Let the developer, the builing management and soon to be elected HOA board resolve your concerns. This is a great luxory building-perfectly situated in the heart of everything. Come on in, the water’s fine.
