It’s becoming more common for seller’s to offer prepaid rent on in a nearby parking garage if the unit doesn’t come with a space of it’s own. Depending on the area, monthly parking ranges from $115/mo. up to around $250/mo..

- CitySearch.com – If you’re not already familiar, CitySearch is an online directory similar to the Yellow Pages.
- DowntownSeattle.com – This is a map that has a legend showing locations of surface parking lots and garages.
- Seattle.gov – This page is dedicated to parking regulations and enforcement.
