I’ll be changing my market update to show NEW LISTINGS, PRICE CHANGES, PENDINGS and SOLDS on a weekly basis rather than every few days. Market Updates will be posted every Sunday to show activity for the week. I believe this will also provide a more accurate interpretation of where the market is going.
