Hi! I’m an author of another blog for a Realtor in Downtown Seattle. I got into Internet marketing in 2001. I started by selling real estate websites to real estate agents in the Northwest from San Diego. After building a website about Seattle condos for fun, I later decided to move back home to the Emerald City and get into real estate myself. To say the least, it wasn’t easy. I tried to sell homes to those I met through leads I acquired over the Internet, and also people I met from doing open houses downtown. During my first year as a Realtor, I studied downtown condos so much that I would now challenge anybody to a downtown Seattle condo trivia contest, and put everything I own on the line. However, I found that my sneakers, love for electronic music, and sometimes dirty mouth was something I could not change, which of course, didn’t help in earning people’s business. This blog was my original first attempt in making a change in my character. Since then, I was later hired by another, more experienced Realtor. I now stay in a cubicle or at home, which hasn’t affected my income as much. Now this blog is for those “other” things that don’t involve the acquisition of real estate sales.
