COMMENTS

Belltown Lofts was built with the objective of providing affordable housing in Belltown. The 1914 brick building was renovated in 2000. The completed project is now a mixed-use space including residential and commercial. 25 of the units are original true lofts while the other 33 are flats. This is also one of few condo buildings that have official landmark status.
