The project contains 176 units and has three-and-a-half levels of underground parking. A retail space occupies the ground floor. Several existing buildings are to be demolished to make room for this one-half-city-block project. PCL self-performed the concrete work on the cast-in-place, post-tensioned slab structure, with two core seismic structures. The exterior skin is stucco.
