COMMENTS
Located in the heart of Pioneer Square, 80 S. Jackson was built in 1900. The building was originally built as a warehouse and previously known as The Smith Building (relative of the Smith Tower). It wasn’t until 1984 that the name of the building changed when it was combined with it’s neighbor, The Squire Building. Units are now renovated featuring high ceilings, plenty of square feet and brick exposed walls. In addition to the building’s overall charm, outside the front door is a world of nightlife, art galleries, restaurants and sporting events.
