When the term "Location, location" makes you sick!

The front page of the Seattle Times had an article the other day regarding 13 acres of land for sale in the Denny Triangle area. The price tag of an estimated “$350 million to more than $600 million” price tag makes me ill. The space of 10 million square feet dwarves the current developments by Seattle’s own (drum roll please…) Paul Allen and his investment firm Vulcan, Inc..

The seller of the 13 acres (Al Clise) was modestly quoted that he’s, “open to everything from A to Z.” However, he’s looking for a buyer for the entire chunk of land rather than piecing it out into parcels. This news supports that downtown area real estate is an area that will continue to thrive.

Donald Trump? Here’s that space you’re looking for.
