COMMENTS

Four Season’s Hotel & Residences is located in what I believe to be one of Seattle’s most valuable locations. Just one block from Pike Place Market on the west side of 1st Avenue there’s either incredible sound or city views. There are only 36 lucky homeowners in this high-end tower offering world class Four Season’s service.

The Seaboard Building is a 10-story trapezoidal mixed-use property which includes bottom floor retail, 5 floors of commerical and 24 residential spaces. Initially the Northern Bank & Trust Company, the building is located in Westlake Park on the corner of 4th and Pike. The building was officially recognized as a landmark in 1989 and has since undergone residential renovations. In addition to it’s charm and unique architecture, residents enjoy the location of being in Downtown’s retail core.
